My Story
Hi! My name is Connor, I decided to pursue this project because I see a big opportunity to bring local farms and community together. I had the idea to start a food truck after working in Chicago’s fine dining scene. My love of mountain biking and cooking led me to Bentonville and I immediately felt connected. I will try my best to bring something new and exciting to Bentonville!

The Goal
I want to provide people with wholesome meals using natural ingredients. I use a wood-fired oven to roast my meats sourced from local farms, which never have nitrates or preservatives. Hopefully this will be a place that gives you more than just a meal but a feeling of joy when you leave. Because I think that good food means good times and that means a good life.
